This is an overview / example of our business approach and a potential process. However keep in mind that each business and project is unique and we will develop a process according to your business requirements.

3. The approach

Together we will develop a plan on how to approach the problem. This will include details on the expertise and resources required, and a clear way forward.

4. Determine measurement and evaluation parameters.

The only way to truly solve a problem is to fundamentally understand it.
Research is an effective tool in understanding a problem or measuring a solution, but it needs to be targeted and implemented timeously and effectively to ensure value.
Research can take on many forms and the best approach will be determined together through consultation.

5. Timeline

Each research project is unique therefore the measurement and evaluation period and approach will be customized per client.

6. Findings

Once we have a fundamental understanding of the problem we develop solutions to permanently solve the problem.

7. Solutions development

Developing the right solutions can take on many forms e.g. together we will develop an action plan in consultation with specific field experts

8. Small scale implementation

Once a solution is developed we help implement it on a small scale to determine its effectiveness and to fix any flaws in the process

9. Full implementation

Once the test case is completed and successfully implemented a full project plan will be created. We provide comprehensive implementation support, ensuring that your team understands and embraces the changes, resulting in a smooth transitions and long-term success.

10. Measurement of success

Two phases of measurement are always suggested. Firstly, directly after the implementation of the solution and again 6 months to a year after to determine effective implementation of solution and if the desired outcomes have been achieved.
